Boros Energy is an aggressive deck that generates overwhelming board presence through Guide of Souls, Ocelot Pride, and Ajani, Nacatl Pariah while deploying sticky threats like Ragavan and Phlage that generate value even when answered. Your primary game plan is to survive early pressure with Solitude, Supreme Verdict, and Wrath of the Skies, then stabilize behind Teferi, Time Raveler locking down their instant-speed interaction. Rest in Peace shuts off Phlage's escape and Seasoned Pyromancer's graveyard trigger, dramatically reducing their late-game fuel. Celestial Purge answers Ajani or an early Blood Moon cleanly at instant speed, and Mystical Dispute is an efficient answer to their planeswalkers and key threats. Day's Undoing is cut because filling their hand in a racing game is dangerous, and Isochron Scepter is too slow and requires setup time you don't have against their aggressive curve.

Jeskai Blink is a tempo-value deck built around Phelia and Ephemerate to repeatedly blink Phlage and Quantum Riddler, generating card advantage and life while pressuring you with Ragavan. Your sweepers are mostly dead since they run few creatures at a time and Solitude can protect key pieces, so trim the clunkier wraths in favor of interaction. Mystical Dispute and Consign to Memory are excellent here — Dispute counters their blue spells cheaply, while your maindeck Consign to Memory already handles their own copies. Day's Undoing is a liability in a grindy counterspell matchup where they can sequence around it, and the singleton Isochron Scepter is too slow without a reliable target to imprint. Vendilion Clique provides a flash threat that disrupts their hand at the right moment, and Orim's Chant paired with Teferi, Time Raveler can lock them out of their blink chains on their own turn.

Affinity is a fast artifact synergy deck that wins through Kappa Cannoneer growing large off artifact triggers and Urza's Saga fetching silver bullets like Shadowspear or Pithing Needle. Supreme Verdict and Wrath of the Skies are your best answers to Kappa Cannoneer since it has ward, while March of Otherworldly Light and Prismatic Ending handle smaller threats and key artifacts. Rest in Peace is critical to neutralize Emry, Lurker of the Loch and cut off the graveyard recursion engine that makes their artifact suite resilient. Mystical Dispute comes in to fight their permission in Metallic Rebuke and Force of Negation post-board, keeping your sweepers and planeswalkers landing cleanly. Day's Undoing is a liability here as it refuels their hand at instant speed and can reset their graveyard interactions, while Isochron Scepter is too slow and Monumental Henge is not impactful against their aggressive artifact plan.
