Dimir Tempo relies on Mishra's Bauble, and while Consign to Memory cannot counter its activated ability, it can counter any colorless spells they cast while also being able to counter opposing triggered abilities. Surgical Extraction lets us strip cards fueling their graveyard synergies, denying escape fuel for Nethergoyf or a spell for Bilbo to recur, and can also answer a copy of a threat once it's in their graveyard. Spell Pierce is weak here since they play on a low curve and can often pay the tax, and Force of Negation is less necessary since their threats are mostly creatures we can answer with Swords to Plowshares and Leyline Binding. Prioritize protecting Up the Beanstalk and our own Tamiyo while using Solitude to answer an early Nethergoyf or Bilbo.

Ocelot Pride Midrange goes wide fast with Ocelot Pride tokens and Ajani, Nacatl Pariah, so a second Wrath of the Skies is crucial to reset the board after they've overextended. Deafening Silence limits their disruption suite and slows down their ability to chain multiple cheap spells in a turn. Force of Negation is a weaker cut since their threats are mostly creatures that resolve and then need to be answered, not countered, and Spell Pierce is less impactful against their low curve of one-and-two mana spells. Keep Leyline Binding and Swords to Plowshares as premium answers to Ajani and key threats before they generate value.

Sultai Aluren wants to Show and Tell into Omniscience or Atraxa, Grand Unifier and combo off with Aluren enabling free creature casts, so Consign to Memory is strong against their colorless spells like Lotus Petal and can also strip a key triggered ability such as Atraxa's or Acererak's enters-the-battlefield trigger while being a cheap answer during their combo turn. Carpet of Flowers punishes their heavy Island count for a big mana boost, helping us keep up Force of Will and Leyline Binding. We trim two Spell Pierce since they can generate a lot of mana quickly via Ancient Tomb and Lotus Petal to pay through the tax, and Force of Negation goes down since Show and Tell and Aluren resolving isn't always fatal if we can answer the follow-up threat with Leyline Binding or Swords to Plowshares. Keep at least some Force of Negation and Force of Will priority on stopping Show and Tell and Aluren before they resolve, since those are the highest-leverage moments.
