Dimir Tempo has almost no colorless spells or countable triggered abilities, so Consign to Memory is a marginal upgrade at best mainly for hitting nothing here — reconsider: it only stops colorless spells or triggered abilities, and this opponent has none of note, so this swap is skippable. In practice this is a very close mirror-like matchup where your existing Force of Will, Brainstorm/Ponder package, and removal suite are already well-positioned; keep the maindeck mostly intact. Force of Negation is still fine here since Dimir plays plenty of key noncreature spells (it can counter Thoughtseize on their turn, but can't be cast for free against their countermagic on your turn), so cutting it is optional; treat this as a near no-sideboarding matchup where you mostly keep your 75 as-is.

Wrath of the Skies is your best answer to the wide board of Cat tokens, Guide of Souls, and Ajani, Nacatl Pariah that Ocelot Pride Midrange generates, letting you pay enough energy to clear the low-cost token swarm while leaving your own bigger threats alive. Containment Priest is mostly a sideboard trophy here since Ocelot Pride's tokens are created, not cast, so it does not stop them; it is only mentioned to note it should NOT be brought in — replace this plan's second inclusion. Instead bring in a second Silent Gravestone-style answer is unavailable, so simply lean on the sweeper and existing Swords to Plowshares/Leyline Binding to answer Ajani and key threats. Force of Negation and one Quantum Riddler come out since they're too slow against the deck's proactive token-generation clock.

Eldrazi is a colorless-heavy deck full of great Consign to Memory targets (Reality Smasher, Thought-Knot Seer, Eldrazi Linebreaker, Kozilek's Command) so it comes in as premium cheap interaction. Wrath of the Skies sweeps their many 2-4 mana creatures and Chalice of the Void while you pay only as much energy as needed to dodge your own Tamiyo/Phelia if timed well. Silent Gravestone shuts off Kozilek's Command's graveyard exile mode targeting and gives late-game card advantage. Brainstorm gets worse against Chalice of the Void on 1 and Wasteland-free but land-light draws, and Force of Negation is weak since Eldrazi's threats are mostly creatures it can't stop; trim both for the sweepers and colorless-focused interaction.
