Into the Flood Maw is weak against a wide token board since it only bounces one permanent, so it comes out for the second Unholy Heat. Spell Pierce stays in, since it can still hit their noncreature spells like Swords to Plowshares, Static Prison, and Goblin Bombardment. Keep Daze and Force of Will to protect your threats from their Swords to Plowshares and removal suite.

Sultai Aluren wins via Show and Tell cheating in Atraxa or Acererak, or via Aluren combo enabled by Lotus Petal and other colorless artifacts, making Consign to Memory ideal to counter those colorless spells. Force of Negation is excellent as a free counter for their combo-enabling noncreature spells like Show and Tell or Aluren itself when it's not your turn. Spell Pierce is too narrow against a deck with abundant mana from Ancient Tomb and City of Traitors, so it comes out along with some card selection. Keep Daze and Force of Will as your primary interaction to disrupt their combo before it resolves.
