Consign to Memory counters the triggered abilities underlying Ocelot Pride's end-step token creation, Ajani's transform trigger, and Guide of Souls' enter trigger that gains life and energy. That makes it a good fit against a deck full of recurring triggers. Fire Magic with the Fira tier ({2} additional) deals 2 damage to each creature, killing Ocelot Pride, Guide of Souls, Ajani, and Ajani's 2/1 Cat Warrior tokens in one sweep, which makes it strong versus the opponent's wide, low-toughness board. Curie and Phyrexian Dreadnought come out because they are clunky, slow threats against a deck full of efficient removal like Swords to Plowshares and cheap interaction, while Mishra's Bauble is cut as a low-impact card that Thalia, Guardian of Thraben taxes. Keep the core Brainstorm, Ponder, and Force of Will package intact to maintain consistency while adding targeted answers to the opponent's go-wide game plan.

Dimir Tempo fights on cantrips and free counters, so Consign to Memory is excellent against their Mishra's Bauble and any colorless spells while also eating triggered abilities like Kaito's -2 or Orcish Bowmasters' trigger. Force of Negation adds a second layer of free protection/disruption that can strip their Thoughtseize, Ponder, or a key enchantment-free spell on their turn. Prismatic Ending comes out somewhat since their nonland permanents (Nethergoyf, Moonshadow, Bilbo) are often better handled by Swords to Plowshares already in the mainboard, and Flow State is a weaker cantrip against a deck full of efficient discard and removal that punishes slow draws. Keep the core Brainstorm/Ponder/Force of Will package intact since the mirror-ish grindy matchup rewards card quality and free interaction.

Containment Priest is strong here, but only against part of their plan. It exiles Atraxa or Acererak if they are put onto the battlefield with Show and Tell, since a nontoken creature that wasn't cast gets exiled instead. It does not stop Omniscience, which is an enchantment and still enters off Show and Tell. It also does nothing against creatures they actually cast, such as Acererak through Aluren or Atraxa hard-cast. Force of Negation lets you counter Show and Tell, Aluren, Stock Up, or Omniscience for free on their turn, which covers the gaps Priest leaves. This matters because Veil of Summer makes them hard to interact with reactively once they're ready to go off. Stifle is weak here since their key enablers (Aluren, Show and Tell) are static effects or spells rather than abilities to Stifle, and Phyrexian Dreadnought is risky to commit mana and creatures into against a deck that can go over the top with Atraxa or Omniscience. Prioritize keeping Force of Will and your cantrips to find these answers quickly.
