Boros Energy is an aggressive deck that wins through creature combat backed by Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer and Guide of Souls generating incremental value, so your priority is to resolve Goblin Charbelcher before their clock kills you. Harbinger of the Seas shuts down their fetchland-heavy manabase by making all lands enter tapped, buying critical tempo and sometimes winning the game outright. Mystical Dispute is an efficient answer to their planeswalkers and creatures that tax their colored spells, while Spell Pierce covers early interaction like Blood Moon or Deafening Silence from the sideboard. Cut Stern Scolding and Spell Snare post-board since their threats are mostly outside those range restrictions, and Strix Serenade is too narrow given they rarely go wide with flying creatures.
