Rest in Peace shuts off their combo (Urza's Saga construct tokens are unaffected), exiles their graveyard, and stops Emrakul from ever being cheaper via graveyard card types. Consign to Memory is excellent since most of their threats (Basking Broodscale, Devourer of Destiny, Glaring Fleshraker) are colorless spells and it also counters Kozilek's Command as a colorless spell. Orim's Chant is too passive against a deck that just wants to resolve big colorless threats turn after turn, and Prismatic Ending is often dead against colorless permanents with mana value higher than our color count. Keep Wrath of the Skies and Supreme Verdict in to reset the board against their creature swarm.

Mystical Dispute is at its best here since key spells in their gameplan (Expressive Iteration, Preordain) are blue, and countering their Expressive Iteration or Preordain for one mana is huge tempo. Dovin's Veto answers Cori-Steel Cutter or a burn spell uncounterably. Orim's Chant only stops a hasty Cori-Steel Cutter monk from attacking if kicked, and it does not protect us from burn cast in response, so it comes out; Spell Snare only hits mana value 2, missing most of their threats and clashing with the Consign to Memory colorless plan already in the 75. Keep Wrath of the Skies and Supreme Verdict as our primary resets against their wide starts.

Rest in Peace shuts off Overlord of the Balemurk's mill-and-return engine entirely, while also hate against Emperor of Bones graveyard shenanigans. Galvanic Discharge is a poor removal spell against their efficient blink creatures that just come back. Keep our Solitude and Wrath of the Skies as key answers to their Flickerwisp/Phelia beaters.
