Mono-Green Eldrazi floods the board with Eldrazi Spawn tokens and big colorless threats, so Toxic Deluge is excellent at sweeping their swarm, even though it also takes out some of our own creatures. Pithing Needle is a narrow but useful answer: naming Urza's Saga shuts off its Construct-making ability once it reaches chapter II, and naming Basking Broodscale stops it from adapting. It cannot stop mana abilities or 'when you cast' triggers like Sowing Mycospawn's, so don't rely on it for those. Inquisition of Kozilek is weak since their curve-topping threats (Emrakul, Devourer of Destiny) are far above its mana value 3 limit, and Shadowspear is replaceable with harder answers. Keep Fatal Push and Kozilek's Command as premium interaction since Basking Broodscale and Sowing Mycospawn are easy targets, though note that Emrakul, the Promised End has protection from instants.

This is a fast, graveyard-fueled aggro mirror where Street Wraith, Stitcher's Supplier, and Detective's Phoenix lean heavily on recursion; Surgical Extraction can strip a key card like Detective's Phoenix out of their deck entirely once it hits the yard. Dreams of Steel and Oil strips a key creature from hand and graveyard simultaneously, hitting their threat density hard. Dismember is efficient cheap removal for their small creatures. Pithing Needle and Nihil Spellbomb are less impactful here since their graveyard plan isn't a single combo piece, and Shadowspear's lifelink is only mildly relevant against their burn.

Esper Control leans on fetches and Arid Mesa/Flooded Strand for Narset and Jace value plus Day's Undoing resets; Ashiok, Dream Render shuts off their fetchland searches entirely and can mill/exile their graveyard to blunt Day's Undoing follow-ups. Surgical Extraction is useful once a copy of Solitude or another key spell lands in their graveyard (for example an evoked Solitude, or a resolved Supreme Verdict or Wrath of the Skies), since it exiles every copy from their graveyard, hand, and library. Use it before a Day's Undoing shuffles their graveyard back into their library. Shadowspear needs a creature to stick, and Pithing Needle only shuts down one named source, so we trim both for the more proactive disruption.
