This matchup is a race and an artifact/enchantment battle: their manabase is full of colorless value lands (Eldrazi Temple, Ugin's Labyrinth) alongside Urza's Saga, which is an enchantment land, so Force of Vigor can target Saga as well as Blade of the Bloodchief or a stray Vexing Bauble. Masked Vandal gives another body that can exile a problem artifact on entry while advancing our board. Keep Haywire Mite in mind but it's low impact here since their key threats (Devourer of Destiny, Emrakul) aren't artifacts or enchantments. Prioritize going under them with Cauldron Familiar/Carrion Feeder loops before they assemble Devourer of Destiny plus Kozilek's Command lockout.

Izzet Prowess is a fast aggro-tempo deck with mostly 1-2 mana threats, and Witherbloom Charm's mode to destroy a nonland permanent with mana value 2 or less picks off Monastery Swiftspear, Dragon's Rage Channeler, or a Cori-Steel Cutter equipment cheaply while we develop our board. Our own low curve and lifegain from Gilded Goose/Cauldron Familiar helps race their burn plan. Explosive Prodigy is a low-impact removal spell here since its damage output depends on our color count and isn't reliably lethal to their bigger threats like Slickshot Show-Off once pumped. Keep the rest of the build intact since our clock via Carrion Feeder/Ajani transformations is typically faster than their damage output if we stabilize past turn 3.

Esper Blink is a grindy value deck full of Solitude, Orcish Bowmasters, and card advantage engines like Overlord of the Balemurk, so proactive disruption matters more than reactive removal. Thoughtseize lets us strip their key interaction (Solitude, Thoughtseize, Teferi) before they can use it against our creatures. Surgical Extraction can exile a copy of a problematic recurring threat like Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd from hand/library after seeing one in the graveyard, disrupting their blink loops. Haywire Mite and Sylvan Safekeeper are lower priority since Haywire Mite can only target Overlord of the Balemurk while it is a noncreature via impending and rarely need the shroud protection against their removal-light plan.
