Mono-Red Madness is an aggressive burn deck that wins by combining cheap spells like Lightning Bolt and Fiery Temper with payoffs like Guttersnipe and Kessig Flamebreather to deal massive damage quickly. Your primary plan is to ramp into large threats faster than they can kill you, but you need life gain and sweeper access to survive the early turns. Weather the Storm gives you substantial life gain off each spell you cast in a turn, which is backbreaking in a race, and Breath Weapon cleanly kills their entire board of 1-toughness creatures like Guttersnipe, Kessig Flamebreather, and Sneaky Snacker without affecting your own bigger green creatures. Cut the expensive, slow threats like Bannerhide Krushok and Sagu Wildling that rarely come down before you're dead, and the single Evolution Witness since recursion is irrelevant when you need to stabilize immediately.
Grixis Affinity builds a board fast with zero-cost artifacts enabling Myr Enforcer and Refurbished Familiar, then closes with Galvanic Blast for reach — your goal is to flood the board with big threats faster than they can assemble metalcraft and answer them. Breath Weapon sweeps their early artifact creatures (Refurbished Familiar, Ichor Wellspring tokens from Blood Fountain) without touching your own creatures, and Cast into the Fire handles key artifacts like Makeshift Munitions or Nihil Spellbomb. Deglamer cleanly answers Myr Enforcer and Utrom Monitor, which are otherwise hard to race, while shuffling them away denies any graveyard recursion from Blood Fountain or Reckoner's Bargain. Cut the expensive, slow threats (Bannerhide Krushok, Sagu Wildling, Nyxborn Hydra) that come down too late to matter when you need interaction in the early turns. Your mana acceleration via Arbor Elf, Utopia Sprawl, and Wild Growth still lets you deploy Avenging Hunter and Writhing Chrysalis ahead of curve to apply pressure while your removal package clears the way.
Dimir Terror is a tempo-graveyard deck that fuels Tolarian Terror and Gurmag Angler with discard effects like Thought Scour and Mental Note, while using Counterspell and Snuff Out to disrupt your threats. Relic of Progenitus neutralizes their delve creatures by keeping the graveyard clean, and is especially valuable since it cantraws if they try to play around it. The extra Ram Through gives you additional reach to push damage through or kill a large delve creature in combat. Bannerhide Krushok and Sagu Wildling are cut because they are slower threats that give your opponent time to counter or kill them before they matter — your faster ramp creatures are better here. Focus on developing mana quickly and deploying high-power threats that demand an immediate answer, as their interaction suite is finite.
