Buy sideboard on ManapoolMono Red Madness wants to race with cheap burn and madness triggers, so Loyal Sentry is a great speed bump since it destroys any attacker it blocks, trading with Kessig Flamebreather or Guttersnipe for free. Pyroblast has live targets here because Sneaky Snacker is a blue permanent, letting Pyroblast counter it on the stack or destroy it on the battlefield; Ethereal Haze already fully answers a lethal alpha strike by preventing all combat damage for a turn, so keep that in. Dispel can actually counter Fiery Temper even when cast via madness — madness still puts it on the stack as an instant spell — but trimming the two copies frees up slots for the more matchup-specific Pyroblast and Loyal Sentry. Ride's End and Fanged Flames are too slow against a deck this fast. Prioritize Skred, Counterspell, and cheap interaction to survive to the mid-game where Mulldrifter and Archaeomancer take over.
Mono-Blue Terror has essentially no artifacts or enchantments, so Dust to Dust is actually not a strong include; reconsider and instead lean on the existing Counterspell and Dispel suite to fight their permission war. Fanged Flames and Ride's End are weak since their real threats, Tolarian Terror and Cryptic Serpent, are large but not the priority to answer with slow removal when countering them on the stack is better. Ethereal Haze does nothing against a deck with almost no combat plan built around creature damage beyond Delver and the Serpents attacking. This is mostly a mirror-style grind where Murmuring Mystic and Archaeomancer provide long-game inevitability, so keep the core intact and focus on winning counterspell wars.
Tron relies heavily on artifacts like Barrels of Blasting Jelly, Bonder's Ornament, and Expedition Map to accelerate and fix mana, so Dust to Dust is excellent at disrupting their ramp package. Skred is weak since it only kills creatures and this deck's real threats (Bramble Wurm, Nyxborn Hydra) have high toughness that a low snow-permanent-count Skred won't reliably answer, so trim it. Hydroblast is unplayable since Tron plays no red spells and artifacts like Giant's Boulder are colorless, so leave it in the sideboard. Focus on disrupting their mana engine and racing before Urza's Tron assembles and their threats overwhelm the board.
