Aura of Silence taxes the artifact and enchantment spells they cast (Attunement, Opalescence, Parallax Wave, Decree of Silence, Seal of Cleansing) by {2}, and its sacrifice ability can destroy Opalescence or a Parallax Wave before it locks you out. Replenish is a sorcery, so Aura of Silence does not tax it. Enlightened Tutor can fetch Aura of Silence or Seal of Cleansing, whichever you need most, and puts it on top of your library. Gerrard's Verdict is too slow against a deck that is happy to discard cards to Attunement and Frantic Search, so it comes out along with Funeral Charm, which has little impact here. Keep Duress and Swords to Plowshares in to strip Replenish or Decree of Silence before they can be cast and to answer an Exalted Angel out of their board. Your Wrath of God and Bane of the Living also double as answers if Opalescence animates their enchantments into attackers.

Your sideboard has no artifact or enchantment hate relevant here and nothing that specifically improves against counterspells or Phyrexian Dreadnought beyond what's already in the mainboard. Swords to Plowshares is your best answer to the 12/12 Dreadnought since exile dodges any triggered-ability shenanigans, and Duress strips a protective counterspell before you commit a removal spell. Vindicate can also just destroy the Dreadnought or a key permanent without being countered by Stifle-style effects. Keep the deck as close to default as possible, playing around Daze and leading with Duress to clear the way for your removal.

Engineered Plague naming Goblin shrinks their entire army of Goblin Lackey, Goblin Matron, Goblin Piledriver, Goblin Ringleader, Goblin Warchief, Mogg Fanatic, Gempalm Incinerator, Siege-Gang Commander and its tokens, and Goblin King, making most of their 1-toughness creatures die outright and crippling Piledriver's damage output. Infest's -2/-2 sweeps their horde of 1/1 and 2/2 Goblins even without Engineered Plague in play. Phyrexian Furnace and Funeral Charm are too narrow and slow against this aggressive linear deck, so they're cut. Keep Wrath of God and Swords to Plowshares as your key answers to a wide Goblin board and Siege-Gang Commander specifically.
