This matchup is a race where Circular Logic and Daze are premium since Circular Logic scales with the graveyard and Daze punishes the opponent's tempo plays, so keep the core counter suite intact. Annul is excellent here, countering Phyrexian Dreadnought or Powder Keg. Naturalize destroys a resolved Phyrexian Dreadnought outright and answers Powder Keg. Aquamoeba and Wonder are too slow and rely on a longer game than this matchup allows, so they come out for more proactive answers.

Sligh has no artifacts or enchantments worth Naturalize outside of Cursed Scroll and Seal of Fire, both of which are worth proactively answering to deny repeatable reach and burn. Naturalize can strip a Cursed Scroll before it starts firing off 2 damage a turn or pop a Seal of Fire before it becomes free burn to the face. Aquamoeba is a fine blocker but dies to almost every burn spell they run (Lightning Bolt, Incinerate, Fireblast) while doing little to stop their clock, so it is a reasonable trim for proactive artifact/enchantment hate. Keep the full counter suite since Daze and Circular Logic are live against their removal and burn spells.

Selesnya Enchantress is a pure combo-control deck with almost no way to interact with your board, so countermagic like Circular Logic and Daze is at its best here, stopping Replenish-style blowouts is not relevant to them but stopping Serra's Sanctum-fueled plays or a key Sterling Grove/Enchantress's Presence is huge. Naturalize is excellent, destroying Sterling Grove itself or an unprotected Enchantress's Presence to cut off their card advantage engine, though note Sterling Grove grants their other enchantments shroud, so Solitary Confinement and Mirri's Guile can't be targeted while it's in play. Tormod's Crypt doesn't hit their graveyard-independent strategy meaningfully, but it can proactively exile stray graveyard cards if needed; it is a low-impact but free inclusion. Aquamoeba and one Foil are cut since they contribute little against a deck with almost no creatures to block or race.
