Voice of Victory prevents their few instants like Royal Treatment from saving creatures against our removal on our turn. Lost in the Maze and Prismari Charm's small damage mode are weak against a deck built around big, hard-to-kill creatures like Mightform Harmonizer and Icetill Explorer, so they come out for more targeted answers. Since this is a straightforward green ramp-and-go-wide deck without much interaction, focus on stabilizing the board and resolving our own late-game threats.

Dimir Excruciator wants to strip our hand with Duress and Deceit, then close the game with Doomsday Excruciator or removal like Bitter Triumph and Requiting Hex, so Voice of Victory is excellent to protect our development from instant-speed removal on our turn. Omni-Changeling and Terror of the Peaks give us resilient, hard-to-answer threats that punish them for tapping out. Lost in the Maze is weak since they don't flood the board with creatures early, and Prismari Charm's small modes underperform against their bigger threats like Superior Spider-Man and Doomsday Excruciator, so both are trimmed. Play around Duress and Deceit by sequencing our most important spells carefully.

Jeskai Control wants to answer our threats one-for-one with Pyroclasm, Day of Judgment, Fire Magic, and Sear while refueling with Stock Up and Jeskai Revelation, so we bring in Spider-Sense to counter their key instants and sorceries (including Jeskai Revelation and their sweepers) and Voice of Victory to shut off their instant-speed interaction entirely on our turns. Lost in the Maze and North Wind Avatar are too slow or too reactive against a deck without a proactive early clock, and Prismari Charm's damage modes are weak against a control shell with few small creatures. Omni-Changeling adds a flexible late threat that dodges their narrow removal suite. Focus on resolving Omniscience or a big threat through their counterspells and use Spider-Sense to protect it from Jeskai Revelation.
