Mono-Green Landfall is entirely green, so Flashfreeze counters almost anything they cast, including Earthbender Ascension and Mightform Harmonizer. Day of Black Sun is the key sweeper since it strips abilities before destroying, shutting off Mightform Harmonizer's landfall doubling and clearing their creatures in the same sweep. Thor, God of Thunder is a flier that dodges their ground-based creature mass and adds reach. Sear and Spell Snare are too slow one-for-one answers against a deck that goes wide, and Consult the Star Charts doesn't affect the board, so they're cut.

Dimir Excruciator is a control/disruption mirror, so Duress lets you strip their own Duress, Requiting Hex, or Bitter Triumph before they can use it on you. Disdainful Stroke counters their Doomsday Excruciator (MV6) or M.O.D.O.K. package before it resolves. Thor, God of Thunder is a resilient flying threat that also recurs value from your graveyard in a grindy matchup. Sear, Firebending Lesson, and Nowhere to Run are removal for a deck that plays few relevant creatures early, and Pest Control has no targets, so they come out for disruption and a bigger top-end.

Azorius Tempo is white/blue with no red or green spells, so Flashfreeze stays in the sideboard, but Duress still strips key noncreature pieces like High Noon, Avatar's Wrath, or Airbender Ascension before they matter. Disdainful Stroke is a clean answer to their rare MV4+ spells. Sage of the Skies trades well in the air against their fliers like Aven Interrupter and Skycoach Conductor while gaining life to blunt their tempo plan. Sear and Nowhere to Run are one-for-one removal against a deck with a low individual threat density, and Pest Control has few targets, so those make room.
