Dimir Tempo's Force of Will, Daze, and Wasteland make resolving Doomsday hard, so Force of Negation lets you fight through their disruption on their turn, though it cannot protect your own combo turn for free. Barrowgoyf is a resilient, disruption-proof clock that punishes their graveyard-heavy plan and gives you a backup win condition when combo gets too contested. Daze is weak once you're tapped out going for the kill and Lotus Petal is a liability into Wasteland-heavy mana denial, so trim both slightly.

Ocelot Pride Midrange goes wide with cheap Cat tokens and applies fast pressure, so Fatal Push is efficient, cheap removal for their small creatures and Ajani tokens. Barrowgoyf blocks well, gains life via lifelink, and serves as a strong alternate win condition if Doomsday gets disrupted by their Thoughtseize and Orcish Bowmasters. Murktide Regent is too slow and mana-hungry against their aggressive clock, and Daze/Lotus Petal are weak against their Wasteland-heavy manabase.

Chalice of the Void set at 0 or 1 blanks Lotus Petal, Consider, and one-mana cantrips, so trim these low-cost pieces that get stranded. Daze is unaffected by Chalice since it costs {1}{U}, so it stays in as a free counter (via the Island bounce) to protect the combo. Barrowgoyf is a great backup plan that grows off both graveyards and dodges Chalice entirely while pressuring their slower draws. Orcish Bowmasters punishes the single card drawn from Kozilek's Command's scry-and-draw mode and blocks well against their ground creatures.
